Registering with insolvencyservices.biz will provide you with a portal user account. You can then use those account details to associate yourself with various cases and creditors where you have been given access from the relevant insolvency practice.
The insolvency practice who is managing the relevant case will supply you with either a case login and password, and perhaps an additional creditor password. These details used with your portal user account will give you a list of cases and creditors that you can access directly from your profile page.
Once you have been associated with a case and perhaps a creditor you no longer need to use the specific case or creditor login as supplied by the insolvency practitioner. Simply log in with your portal account and choose which information you wish to view.
Your profile page will also be used to display information directly relating to you, and give you the ability to update basic details.
Complete the details as indicated in the boxes below. Ensure that you use a valid email address that you have access to as this is where all verification and other correspondance email's will be sent to. You will have to verifiy your portal account before it will become active. Details of this will be sent in an email.
